This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role within a well-supported nursing home where you’ll have real influence over the day-to-day running of the service and the development of your team.
You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead, taking ownership of the care team while helping shape a positive, quality-led culture throughout the home.

The role
You’ll support the overall running of the home alongside the Home Manager and Clinical Lead, leading the care team and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently across the service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, support your team on the floor, and help maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional environment throughout the home.

What you’ll do
- Lead and support the care team on a day-to-day basis
- Work closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to maintain high standards throughout the service
- Support staff development, performance, and team culture
- Ensure care delivery remains person-centred, safe, and compliant
- Assist with operational oversight and on-call responsibilities when required
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
