As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that individuals living in their own homes receive the highest quality of care. This role involves co-ordinating care calls for people living with dementia, the elderly, those with physical disabilities, and providing companion calls. Successful candidate will: 1. Develop and manage care schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. 2. Liaise with clients and their families to understand their specific needs and preferences. 3. Supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care. 4. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans. 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. 6. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise with professionalism and empathy. Desirable Experience: 1. Previous experience in a social care setting. 2.
