Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Are you a residential childcare training specialist looking for a new challenge? Do you love designing and delivering engaging training that helps teams provide outstanding care to vulnerable young people? We’re recruiting for a Training Manager for a Residential Childcare for a specialist provider based in Birmingham.

Your Responsibilities and Duties will include:

  • You will lead on accreditation and delivery of the Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Create and deliver in-house training (including Health & Safety, First Aid at Work, Fire Safety, Ligatures, Legal Framework)
  • Manage company-wide training compliance and the learning management system.
  • You’ll also oversee induction for Support Workers and Seniors, ensuring new starters receive the right training, e-learning, and shadowing to succeed.

For this Training Manager opportunity you will:

  • Have experience delivering the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare, a Level 3 CAVA (or equivalent assessor qualification).
  • Ideally experience working with children (ideally residential).
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
