We’ve partnered with a respected and growing children’s provider supporting young people with learning disabilities across Birmingham, seeking a forward-thinking Multi-Site Manager to oversee the operation of multiple 2-bedded residential services. About the Role

Reporting into a supportive and knowledgeable senior leadership team which includes an Ex-Ofsted Inspector and Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for the operational and regulatory oversight of several small, specialist children’s homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple residential settings.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and clinical frameworks.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Registered Managers to maintain high standards of care.
  • Leading service improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Working closely with the Clinical and Quality teams to drive consistency and outcomes.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and development of new, high-quality services.

About You

  • Experienced leader within children’s residential or learning disability services.
  • Proven success managing multiple sites or holding RI responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, governance, and safeguarding.
  • Strong strategic acumen with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborative, inspirational leadership style that motivates teams and drives accountability.
