We are seeking an experienced Specialist Finance Advisor to join our team on an employed basis. This is a key role focused on advising, structuring, and packaging second charge and bridging cases, working with introducers and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on and structure second charge and bridging finance cases
- Package and submit applications to lenders, ensuring accuracy and speed
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and clients
- Stay up to date with lender criteria and market developments
- Ensure all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and company standards
- Proven experience within the specialist finance sector (essential)
- Strong knowledge of second charge mortgages and bridging finance
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases
