An in-person support role working closely with a founder/investor from a home office in North London, combining classic EA/PA responsibilities with light content and social coordination. It suits a confident generalist who enjoys variety, moves easily between professional and personal admin, and takes pride in making a fast-moving life run smoothly. The remit is broad rather than narrowly defined, and no two days look exactly the same. The right person is proactive without being overbearing, confident enough to chase people and manage priorities, and grounded enough to handle practical, sometimes unglamorous tasks without ego.
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- Handle a mix of business and personal admin
- Track moving priorities across venture investing, brand partnerships, and content
- Follow up proactively with external contacts, partners, and clients
- Help coordinate content calendars, posting schedules, and production logistics
- Support brand partnership coordination, including timelines, approvals, and chasing feedback
- Help with decks, basic documents, and occasional creative/admin tasks
- Coordinate errands and practical life admin, including occasional dog-related logistics
- Provide support during occasional travel, events, or conference days, including very occasional weekend support
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working directly for an individual, not exclusively in a corporate setting
- Experience in an EA, PA, assistant, or coordinator role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent follow-through
- Able to manage both business and personal admin with good judgment
- Confident chasing people, following up, and keeping priorities on track
- Comfortable with varied responsibilities, including practical and sometimes unglamorous tasks
- Comfortable around dogs
- Digitally fluent, including Gmail/G Suite and modern software tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Discreet, reliable, and resourceful
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred:
- Familiar with Canva and comfortable with light social media or content coordination
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, public figure, or someone with a dynamic lifestyle
Working style:
- In person, five days a week in North London
- Around 9:00am–6:00pm, with some flexibility
- Occasional travel and very occasional weekend support for events or conferences
Benefits:
- 25 days plus bank holidays
- Workplace pension
- Discretionary bonus
