A well-known founder and investor with a large public platform is hiring a Personal Assistant to work alongside them in London. The role is an even split: roughly half personal and operational support, half social and content support. Both matter, and the right person moves between them without dropping either. This is a contract/freelance role to start, primarily in person around North London with some flexibility. A strong fit can grow into something larger.

The personal and PA side:

  • Calendar, travel, meeting coordination, and inbox triage
  • Errands, household coordination, tiny dog care, and the small logistics that eat a day
  • Staying ahead of the moving parts so nothing slips

The social and content side:

  • Scheduling and organizing content across Substack and social, and tracking what's posting when
  • Light editing of short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, or coordinating with those who do
  • Light research, sourcing references, and pulling material together so content ships faster
  • Managing assets, drafts, and the back-and-forth that comes with brand partnerships

You're probably right for this if:

  • You're based in London and can be in person regularly
  • You're genuinely organized, not just tidy. You close loops.
  • You have taste and can tell when something is off-brand before being told
  • You're comfortable across both halves. The content side is real work here, not a bonus skill.
