Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager in Glasgow

We require a Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.

Key areas of responsibility

Analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics; oversight of compliance; driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team; and responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets.

What we are looking for

• Do you have Business or Sales Manager\’s experience with either cars or commercial vehicles?
• Do you have experience managing and working with a team?
• Are you a well organised individual who can work with various systems at the same time?

Requirements

• To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
