We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You\’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.

Induction: For your first 5 days in the business, you\’ll be attending our residential induction academy at a hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you\’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
