The successful candidate will be able to answer incoming calls from our customers and use your best skills, knowledge and our best practice techniques to help ensure that our customer calls are handled promptly. You will have proven telephone ability and good customer handling skills along with excellent customer service, communications and rapport building skills.
We are looking for applicants who are numerate, literate and be able to clearly present information through spoken or written word. You'll have previous accounts experience and you’ll be able to listen, influence and persuade others in both positive and negative circumstances.
