Supporting Aftersales Teams within Service, Parts & Smart to be their very best and deliver industry leading customer satisfaction and profits. You will work closely with an each business within the region to support General managers in Aftersales Excellence, be brilliant at the basics and support the teams to excel each day. This role will require experience in the following areas Management Accounts, KPI's complex problem solving, ability to manage a busy schedule and deliver on your daily, weekly and monthly objectives. You will require an advanced understanding of Keyloop and Aftersales. You'll work closely with the Dealership, Aftersales, IT & Training teams. Additionally contributing to profit, volume and customer experience. Are you customer focused? Do you have experience in Aftersales Management? Have you got a successful track record at senior level?
