We are currently recruiting for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the S63 area of Rotherham. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for consistent, part-time morning work within a primary school setting.
The role will involve:
- Supporting pupils within KS1
- Working alongside the class teacher to support learning
- Providing individual and small-group support where required
- Helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within a primary school
- Have experience supporting children in KS1
- Be confident supporting pupils both independently and as part of a team
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding
The position offers:
- Monday to Friday, mornings only
- A consistent placement until October Half Term
- Support from a dedicated education recruitment team
