The Role
Trust Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Barnsley (S73) area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a supportive school and take on a Year 6 class for the academic year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils' progress and creating a positive learning environment where all children can thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
Is confident planning and delivering engaging lessons
Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Is committed to supporting pupils' academic and personal development
Is reliable, organised and enthusiastic about teaching
