Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a growing primary school in the WF3 area for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possbile offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team.

The Role:
Deliver stimulating and impactful lessons to a Year 3 class
Plan, organise and evaluate learning in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Promote a supportive, secure and welcoming classroom atmosphere where all pupils can thrive
Liaise effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to enhance pupil attainment and wellbeing
Provide inclusive, high-quality teaching tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of all learners
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be experienced in teaching within Key Stage 2, Year 3 preferred
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
- Display strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be reliable, well organised and able to work successfully as part of a team
- Maintain a proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
