Role: FS2 Teacher

Location: Barnsley

Contract Type: Temporary (S75)

Trust Education is recruiting on behalf of a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in the Barnsley area for a dedicated and enthusiastic FS2 Teacher.

The Role:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons in an FS2 class

Planning, preparing, and assessing learning in line with the primary curriculum

Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Working closely with teaching assistants, staff, and parents to support pupil progress

Providing high-quality teaching that supports pupils of all abilities and learning needs

Contributing positively to the wider school community during the placement

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching within FS2

Be passionate about inspiring and supporting childrens learning and development

Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills

Be reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Have a proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning

Be adaptable and confident teaching across different year groups if required
