Part time Start Date: January 2027 End Date: July 2027 Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a nurturing primary school in the HD9 area for a supportive and experienced EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fixed term role starting in January, 3 days a week offering a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced Early Years team. The Role: Providing 1-1 support, ensuring the pupils needs are met in line with their individual learning plan and following EHCPs Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons Helping to maintain an organised classroom and prepare resources for lessons Promoting inclusion and ensuring all students feel valued and supported The Ideal Candidate will: Be experienced working with children with SEND, ideally in a primary setting Display a patient, caring and empathetic approach Be reliable, supportive and able to work successfully as part of a team Strong communication skills Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) About Trust Education Trust Education are a dedicated and supportive team who offer a friendly, personable service with collectively over 50+ years of experience within the education sector.
