Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a friendly primary school in the WF10 area for a supportive and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a part time ongoing role starting in November 2026 offering a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing EYFS team.
The Role:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to strengthen learning
- Helping to maintain an organised classroom and prepare resources for lessons
- Provide support for pupils with a range of needs
- Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be experienced within an EYFS setting
- Knowledge with Read, Write, Ink
- Display a patient, caring and passionate attitude
- Be reliable, supportive and able to work successfully as part of a team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
