Trust Education are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at the beginning of their educational journey, helping them develop confidence, curiosity and key early learning skills within a nurturing Early Years environment.
The Role
You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning within the EYFS setting. Duties may include supporting play-based learning, working with small groups, assisting individual pupils, and helping to create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Have experience working within an EYFS setting
- Be nurturing, patient and enthusiastic
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be proactive and adaptable in a busy classroom environment
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent classroom experience
