The Role Trust Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA ) to join a primary school in the Dewsbury WF12. This is a part-time role, starting ASAP, offering a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team supporting pupils throughout the school. The Role: Supporting teaching and learning across all year groups during all classroom sessions Planning, preparing, and delivering targeted intervention work to support pupil progress Working closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and effective support sessions Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils of all abilities and learning needs to achieve their potential Working collaboratively with staff, pupils and parents to support positive outcomes The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a minimum HLTA status or have relevant experience within a similar role (ECTs ideal) Have experience working across all year groups Be confident delivering intervention programmes and small group support Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills Be reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team Have a proactive and positive approach to supporting teaching and learning Be flexible and confident providing class cover when required About Trust Education Trust Education are a dedicated and supportive team who offer a friendly, personable service with collectively over 50+ years of experience within the education sector.
