Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a nurturing primary school in the WF2 area for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. This is a part-time role starting in September, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team.
The Role:
- Deliver stimulating and impactful lessons to a Year 3 class
- Plan, organise and evaluate learning in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Promote a supportive, secure and welcoming classroom atmosphere where all pupils can thrive
- Liaise effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to enhance pupil attainment and wellbeing
- Provide inclusive, high-quality teaching tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of all learners
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be experienced in teaching within Key Stage 2, Year 3 preferred
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
- Display strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be reliable, well organised and able to work successfully as part of a team
- Maintain a proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
