Primary Teaching Assistant Responsibilities * Support teaching and learning across the primary age range. * Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to support pupil progress. * Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. * Support pupils of mixed abilities, adapting learning where appropriate. * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. * Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times. * Show initiative while working collaboratively as part of the wider school team.
