Trust Education is a West Yorkshire-based education recruitment agency, and we are currently recruiting Teachers for temporary primary roles across the region. We work with a range of welcoming schools seeking confident, adaptable teachers who can hit the ground running and deliver engaging learning in Key Stage 1/2.
The Role
- Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons aligned to the Primary curriculum (when needed)
- Establish strong routines and positive behaviour management
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet varied needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
- Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 (ECTs welcome)
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, proactive approach to temporary assignments
