Trust Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Learning Manager to join a welcoming secondary school on a full-time basis, starting in September on an ongoing temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pastoral professional who is passionate about supporting young people, improving attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, and removing barriers to learning to help students achieve their full potential.
The Role As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the attendance, behaviour and academic progress of an assigned year group.
Working closely with the safeguarding, inclusion and senior leadership teams, you will deliver targeted interventions, support vulnerable students, liaise with parents and external agencies, and help create a positive learning environment where every student can succeed.

Will: Hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Be confident managing behaviour, attendance and pastoral concerns.
Have experience working alongside external agencies to support vulnerable students (desirable).
