We have an exciting opportunity to begin in September 2026 in one of our partner primary schools based in the Castleford area. They are looking for a temporary part-time KS1/2 primary teacher to join their vibrant and nurturing school with an excellent reputation. Primary Teachers of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including ECTs.
The Role:
- Good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for all pupils
- Hardworking and wish to develop their skills so that they positively impact on children’s learning, progress and attainment.
- Able to show the commitment required to work in partnership with parents/carers
- Excellent communicator with well developed interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
- Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS)
- UK experience as a primary teacher
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to obtain one.
