SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- A good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
- An understanding of Xero is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience of working with clients either face to face and/or over the phone is desirable.
- An excellent standard of numeracy and literacy is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and oral, in order to engage with other staff, introducers, but especially customers and third parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and consultants, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Liaise with third-party providers, including solicitors and government agencies.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system as needed.
- Handle telephone, email, and client/consultant enquiries efficiently.
- Chase stakeholders to return documents and provide responses to queries.
- Update and maintain the company’s accounting system (Xero).
- Prepare billing documentation for clients.
- Analyse case management instructions and translate them into accurate, compliant legal documents.
- Oversee the preparation of ongoing changes to clients’ legal documents.
- Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and solicitors via phone and email.
- Prioritise tasks to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
