El Auxiliar de tienda cumple un rol fundamental en nuestras tiendas porque garantiza la mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes realizando las siguientes actividades:
- Recepción de mercadería: Manejo del almacén, categorización y la realización de inventarios, para una mayor eficiencia en el surtido de los productos.
- Reposición de productos: Surtir la tienda acorde a los estándares de la empresa, manteniendo los pasillos correctamente abastecidos.
- Limpieza de tienda y trastienda: Mantener la buena imagen de nuestras tiendas cumpliendo los estándares de limpieza y aseo.
- Manejo de Caja: Realizar el registro y cobro de los productos a los clientes con efectividad y calidad.
- Atención al cliente: Brindar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes y garantizar la excelencia operacional dentro de la tienda.
Requisitos:
- Secundaria Completa.
- Disponibilidad a tiempo completo (48 horas laborales).
- Disposición a trabajar en turnos rotativos.
- Deseable experiencia mínima de 1 año en empresas retail como multifuncional.
