We\'re currently looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team in a temp-to-perm role, offering you the chance to start with flexibility and progress into a permanent position based on performance.
Your Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a variety of needs (including learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities)
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Encourage independence, dignity, and well-being at all times
- Keep accurate records and follow individual care plans
- Support service users to take part in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community
What We\'re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months\' care or support experience in the UK
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference
- Great communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
