As an Agency Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals across Fife and the surrounding areas with their daily needs, promoting independence, always ensuring dignity and respect.
This role requires a reliable driver who can travel between services and assist with transporting clients when needed.
Your Role:- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a variety of needs (including learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities)
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Encourage independence, dignity, and well-being always
- Keep accurate records and follow individual care plans
- Support service users to take part in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community
- Minimum 6 months' care or support experience in the UK
