Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and daily living support
- Assist with communication, mobility, and rehabilitation activities
- Work within a structured MDT-led environment
- Promote dignity, safety, and independence
- Maintain accurate care records
Essential Requirements
- Up-to-date Mandatory Training
- Valid PMVA certificate
- Oliver McGowan Tier 1 & 2
- Proof of immunisations (Varicella, MMR, TB, Hep B)
- Previous healthcare/hospital experience
- Strong communication & teamwork
- Flexible with shifts
Desirable
- Experience with ABI, neurological conditions, or behaviours that challenge
