What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver person-centred care and daily living support
  • Assist with communication, mobility, and rehabilitation activities
  • Work within a structured MDT-led environment
  • Promote dignity, safety, and independence
  • Maintain accurate care records

Essential Requirements:

  • Up-to-date Mandatory Training
  • Valid PMVA certificate
  • Oliver McGowan Tier 1 & 2
  • Proof of immunisations (Varicella, MMR, TB, Hep B)
  • Previous healthcare/hospital experience
  • Strong communication & teamwork
  • Flexible with shifts

Desirable:

  • Experience with ABI, neurological conditions, or behaviours that challenge
