We are recruiting experienced Agency Support Workers to work within a specialist mental health service based in Kewstoke. This role involves supporting adults in a structured therapeutic environment. The successful candidate must be confident working in settings where individuals may present behaviours that challenge and must be able to remain calm, professional, and resilient at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with personal care and daily living activities

  • Valid PMVA certificate
  • Oliver McGowan Tier 1 & Tier 2
  • Immunisations: Varicella, MMR, TB & Hep B
  • Minimum 6 months UK healthcare or hospital experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
