  • Shape and secure project plans by defining clear activities, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and costs that set your teams up for success.
  • Bring people and projects together, coordinating dependencies and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Turn business needs into actionable solutions by capturing, refining, and tracking requirements throughout the full project lifecycle—Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
  • Drive confident decision-making by developing compelling Business Cases that support investment and change.
  • Keep delivery on track and on budget, managing financials and key milestones with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Champion transparency through clear, engaging status updates that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Stay ahead of risks and challenges, resolving issues early and escalating effectively when needed.
  • Ensure seamless handover to BAU, creating robust Service Transition Plans that leave teams confident and set up for long‑term success.
  • Make a measurable impact by ensuring every project delivers real value for the business internally and externally.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Proven project management expertise, with experience leading and delivering successful outcomes across multiple projects.
  • A confident grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to flex your approach to suit each project’s needs.
  • Strong business acumen, with the insight to understand organisational priorities and translate them into effective project decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, enabling you to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of managing project budgets responsibly and transparently, ensuring spend aligns with scope and value.
  • The ability to create robust Business Cases, grounding your recommendations in clear rationale and benefits.
  • A solid understanding of requirements management, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency from start to finish.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions‑oriented mindset, bringing energy and commitment to fast‑paced change.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, helping you juggle priorities while keeping people connected and informed.
  • Self‑motivation and adaptability, thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team committed to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking for

  • A natural project leader who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi‑stream initiatives.
  • A confident communicator and collaborator who builds trusted relationships and brings people together to deliver great outcomes.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands‑on attitude, able to balance big‑picture understanding with practical delivery.
  • An adaptable problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure, navigates change with ease, and proactively removes blockers.
  • A motivated, values‑driven professional who takes ownership, champions continuous improvement, and is excited by helping a growing organisation succeed.
