Role Overview
We’re hiring a UK-based Pay Equity & Transparency Consultant to support Trusaic’s most important global clients. You’ll work directly with enterprise organisations, advising on pay equity analysis, global reporting requirements, and compliance with evolving regulations, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
This is a client-facing consulting role involving statistical analysis, regulatory advisory, and close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams. Occasional travel within Europe or the U.S. may be required (fully expensed).
Responsibilities
- Advise global clients on pay transparency compliance, including EU directive readiness.
- Guide pay equity analyses from data prep to result interpretation and remediation strategy.
- Help clients maximise the value of Trusaic’s compliance tools and analytics.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead virtual and in-person client meetings.
- Prepare regulatory filings and reporting submissions.
- Partner with Implementation Managers and support software onboarding.
- Share insights and client feedback to enhance our software and product strategy.
- Deliver presentations to clients and internal leadership.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years in pay equity, compensation, or regulatory compliance consulting
- Expertise in statistics or econometrics (especially linear regression)
- Proficient in statistical modelling
- Strong understanding of U.S. and EU pay equity laws
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, and compensation systems
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Able to manage complex work independently and juggle multiple projects
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in Economics, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience working with enterprise or multinational organisations

- Base salary: £78,000 – £96,000 (GBP), depending on experience
