Role Overview
We\’re looking for an exceptional Pay Equity & Transparency Consultant to join Trusaic’s consulting team, directly supporting our most important global clients. In this pivotal role, you\’ll be instrumental in guiding our diverse customer base through the intricacies of global pay transparency across a multitude of reporting and regulatory jurisdictions. This includes enabling and advising clients on sophisticated pay equity analyses, precise pay data reporting, compelling regulatory narrative creation, and critical stakeholder communications. This role demands navigating complex regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance with global pay transparency and reporting regulations. This role may require occasional travel within Europe and the United States.
Responsibilities
Advise and support global customers on key aspects of pay transparency compliance, including preparedness efforts for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Advise Trusaic’s global clients on the nuanced aspects of their pay equity analysis, from data preparation and grouping employees into statistically meaningful segments, to identifying relevant factors, interpreting results, and crafting optimal remediation strategies. Partner closely with customers to ensure they are maximizing the strategic value and transformative power of Trusaic’s cutting-edge software solutions. Cultivate robust, trusted advisor relationships with clients, serving as a pay transparency subject matter expert. Lead consultative meetings with key client stakeholders, both virtually and in-person. Support the preparation of critical regulatory filings and pay transparency reporting submissions. Work in partnership with Trusaic’s software Implementation Managers. Collaborate with our Data Science and Product Development teams, providing insights and client feedback that drive continuous software enhancements and product innovation that enable the Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Research & Development teams. Develop and deliver presentations for both clients and internal leadership.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience as a regulatory compliance and pay equity consultant. Expertise in statistics or econometrics, with a strong command of multiple linear regression. Proven proficiency in conducting pay equity analyses and interpreting results. Programming experience (e.g., R, Python). Ability to explain complicated statistical concepts to a variety of audiences with differing levels of experience with statistics. Knowledge of global pay equity laws and regulations, encompassing both U.S. laws and the intricacies of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Strong understanding of Human Resources and Compensation processes. Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy. Ability to work with little guidance on complex work steps and juggle many projects at once. Experience forging and sustaining relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders. Ability to master highly technical subject matter related to global pay transparency and intricate regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for seamless liaison with both our global clients and internal cross-functional teams. Experience managing highly sensitive data with discretion. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A Plus to Have
Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related discipline. Experience working with multinational, enterprise-level organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: €90,000 – €110,000 per year. Actual salary will be based on your job-relevant experience, education, and skills. Equity: Opportunity to own shares in Trusaic, aligning your success with ours. Comprehensive Health Coverage: Access to private medical insurance. Pension Scheme: Eligibility for participation in a company pension scheme, with employer contributions as per UK regulations. Holidays: 25 days of annual leave, plus all UK bank holidays.
