HR Advisor (Recruitment)
Full‑Time (37.5 hours)
Starting salary: Circa £27,700 pa

We are seeking a motivated, proactive and positive individual to join our dedicated HR team at Truro School. This key role ensures we attract, retain, and support talented staff who contribute to the success of Truro School and Truro School Enterprises.
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will take the lead on all recruitment activity within our small, collaborative HR team, reporting to the Director of HR. You will act as the first point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategy and processes.
You will support recruitment across Prep and Senior Schools, covering teaching and OPS (Operational, Professional and Support) staff. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and school policy requirements.
- Promoting Truro School as an employer of choice and creating a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
