Full Time, Permanent, All year round. Salary: Core hours paid at £12.62 per hour. An enhanced rate of £16.41 per hour for late (7‑10pm) and weekend hours (30% uplift). Start Date: March 2026. Location: Senior Site, 37.5 hours per week based on a 4‑week rotational shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage access to the school, including visitor registration and security checks.
  • Conduct minor maintenance and grounds works as required.
  • Prepare the school for events.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment on site.
  • Provide cover during the school week and flex shifts for holiday coverage.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to undergo child protection screening, including DBS checks.
  • Experience in caretaking, maintenance or groundskeeping is desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shift patterns.
