The Role
This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role where recruitment is front and centre. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, compliant and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from vacancy approval to onboarding.
- Screen applications, coordinate shortlisting and interviews.
- Support managers to recruit efficiently, effectively and cost‑consciously.
- Issue contracts, coordinate inductions and ensure timely starts.
- Maintain recruitment data, track activity and produce reports.
