We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Student Experience & Campus Operations Advisor to join our vibrant STEM & Health Skills Centre in Bodmin. This is a truly varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of campus life, supporting students, coordinating activity, solving problems, and helping create a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students to succeed: Be a trusted first point of contact for students—offering guidance, supporting wellbeing, and helping them access the right services when they need it most.
  • Driving a brilliant campus experience: Help organise events, trips and enrichment activities that bring the campus to life and keep students engaged.
  • Provide essential operational and administrative support—coordinating day-to-day activity, managing records, supporting bursary processes and ensuring everything is organised and efficient.
  • Work closely with staff, students, parents/carers and external partners to keep communication flowing and services aligned.

What we’re looking for:

  • Has strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Can handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.

Experience in education, student services, customer service or administration is ideal—but most importantly, you’ll bring energy, empathy and a student‑first mindset.
