As a school administrative assistant, your role is the backbone of the daily operation, requiring a blend of professional hospitality and meticulous data management. You serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing telephone communications with a high level of discretion.
Beyond front‑of‑house duties, you provide essential support by handling word processing for official reports and publications, updating the school website, and maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems.
