We are searching for a Logistics Executive for our in-vitro medical device manufacturing facility who can assist our team with picking, packing, and labelling shipments, acting as the last point of contact for our customers’ orders. You will be expected to lift and move packages up to 25kg, work with dry ice (hazardous), and ensure our product is packaged efficiently and labelled for the correct destination. Job Responsibilities:- Pick, pack, weigh, and label products based on weekly orders and destination.
- Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed.
- Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Log relevant shipping, order, and label paperwork following SOPs.
- Maintain our inventory management software.
- Stocking/purchasing of packaging materials.
- Keep products separated, organised, and accessible.
- Monitor product quality, storage conditions and report any problems or discrepancies.
- Handle dry ice and frozen goods in a safe manner (PPE provided).
- Follow the best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
