Position Summary
As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across our Technology Project Delivery team. You’ll work closely with project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-organised, documented, and progressing smoothly. The Project Delivery Team at Trupanion is responsible for managing the portfolio of projects and future development roadmaps. This role involves overseeing project governance, ensuring compliance with PMO standards, and providing insightful analysis and reporting to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent analytical skills, and experience working within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across multiple projects, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and action trackers
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes and follow-ups
- Support resource planning and onboarding of new team members
- Assist with project governance, compliance, and audit readiness
- Release management through Jira administration
- Help ensure alignment with delivery frameworks and best practices
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven ability to support or coordinate projects with minimal supervision, ideally in a fast-paced or technology-led setting
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and project management platforms (e.g. Jira)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)

Compensation
- The salary for this position is £35,000 (GBP), on a full-time schedule
- Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses
- We grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Grants vest over 4 years
