Join our talented team! As the Senior Performance Strategist, you will report to and support the Performance Director, contributing significantly to the success of TrunkBBI's performance marketing campaigns and delivering award-winning results for our clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the performance marketing specialists across organic search, paid search and paid social, as well as aligning data-derived insights with creative strategies. You will assist in creating performance channel strategies, executing campaigns, and fostering cross-channel collaboration. Under the supervision and guidance of the Performance Director, you will contribute to the success and efficiency of the performance department, understanding how every department plays into the overall business goals.
This position requires a profound understanding of digital marketing trends and channels, with the ability to confidently present strategies and recommendations to both existing clients and prospects. You will also have a proven history of successfully activating digital campaigns across multiple sectors.
As part of your role, you will:
- New Business and Existing Client Growth Support the new business team and client services to acquire new clients and unlock revenue from performance channels. Assist in designing marketing campaigns to generate inbound and outbound leads for performance clients. Support in performance marketing strategy opportunities. Collaborate with the channel heads to develop pitches and proposals under the guidance of the Performance Director.
