We’re looking for a freelance data analytics expert to support our agency with advanced tracking and attribution challenges. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a marketing agency environment and a deep understanding of GA4 attribution, server-side tracking, and cross-domain user journey analysis. Our clients' websites are predominantly for lead generation rather than ecommerce, so understanding of attribution and tracking of these types of sites is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine GA4 attribution models, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Set up and manage server-side tracking to improve data reliability.
- Track complex user journeys across multiple domains and sessions.
- Identify and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies.
- Work closely with our team to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience with server-side tracking implementations.
- Understanding of cross-domain tracking and handling multiple-session journeys.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve tracking issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio and JavaScript (preferred but not essential).
