Working as part of our Performance Marketing team, you’ll lead the development and execution of organic search strategies across technical SEO, content, and authority building. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a more strategic, senior role and shape the future of organic growth within the agency.
Reporting into senior leadership within the Performance team, you’ll be responsible for leading SEO strategy and delivering measurable organic growth for our clients. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals

- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations (site speed, mobile, structured data, crawlability, indexation)
- Support keyword research and on-page optimisation (metadata, content, CTR improvements)
- Collaborate with copywriting teams to deliver SEO-optimised content
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve website performance and UX
- Report on ROI and performance to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to new business pitches and growth opportunities
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI developments
We’d love you to have:
- Proven experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment
- Demonstrated success delivering organic growth through strategic SEO
- Familiarity with LLMs and how they surface content across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
- A genuine curiosity and experimental mindset — GEO best practices are still evolving, and you'll be comfortable testing, iterating, and sharing learnings
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, analytics platforms, and data interpretation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for SEO, search trends, and emerging technologies (including AI)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience contributing to pitches or new business proposals (desirable)
In return, you’ll get:
- 24 days holiday + 3 days over Christmas
- 6 life balance days per year (0.5 day per month – excludes December)
