We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our experienced team of Architectural technicians / technologists within our well-established, family-run practice based near Kings Lynn. With over 30 years experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects nationwide, our work ranges from large-scale developments to bespoke, small-scale designs. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive team, offering the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience across all project stages.
Salary: Competitive £25,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Tilney All Saints, Kings Lynn

The Role:
- Produce high-quality drawings for architectural, civil, and construction works
- Prepare existing plans, sections, and details from surveyor notes and site measurements
- Deliver full drawing packages for planning, tender, and construction stages
- Work collaboratively within a project team to support projects from inception through to completion
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience working within the construction industry
- MCIAT qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Own transport required for commuting to the office
- Office-based role with 100% attendance required
