The predicted salary is between 20790 - 20790 £ per year.

Required from mid September 2026. This is a fixed term post until the end of February 2027. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (with half an hour earlier finish one day per week). 37 hours per week (term-time only).

Salary: £20,790 (Actual Salary).

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and well organised administrative assistant at Trumpington Park Primary School. You will be part of a small and friendly office team and your role will be busy and varied. Your work will include:

  • Some reception duties, greeting visitors
  • Answering emails and telephone calls
  • Managing pupil records including attendance data
  • Liaison with external agencies
  • Maintaining pupil information records
  • Assisting in the coordination of school events such as parents' evenings and school trips

The ideal candidate:

  • A good educational background - GCSE qualifications or above
  • Experience of working in a school or office environment
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
