Responsibilities
- Perform field missions at customers (repair, installation, maintenance) with the required tools, technologies and documentation
- Inform dispatcher/planner in case of deviation of target time and inform when mission is finished
- Spare parts identification during missions
- Provide information for mission classification changes: billable, warranty, goodwill. Inform supervisors in case of damages to machine based on customer fault
- In-house service
- Perform briefing after an installation and complex repairs
- Send back spare parts and tools after mission
- Lead engineer for complex installations
- Report tasks to project manager during complex installations
