Current Vacancies:
- Outlet Manager: Responsible for all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products. To manage the bar by providing leadership, overall supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of guest satisfaction while operating to established standards and budgets for revenue, costs, and other performance goals.
- Assistant Outlet Manager: Responsible for supporting all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products. To manage the bar in the absence of the Outlet Manager, providing leadership, supervision, and control to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining established standards, revenue targets, and cost controls.
- Assistant Restaurant Manager: Within brand standards, support the 1906 Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of breakfast, afternoon tea, brunch, and dinner service within 1906. Responsibilities include rostering, labour forecasting, upselling opportunities, customer and employee satisfaction, service delivery standards, inventory, and supply management.
- Food & Beverage Waitperson: Provide warm, attentive, and professional service across our restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Whether you're experienced in hospitality or looking to start your career, we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
