We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Concierge to join the team here at Trump Turnberry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with Concierge services including entertainment & dining bookings, sending and receiving courier packages and directing guests within and outside of the Hotel.
Position Requirements:
- Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by guests
- Advise guests on local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events)
- Welcome guests and direct them to Reception
- Know regular guest names and requirements
- Accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services
- Answer guest questions and resolve guest problems
- To carry out any other duties as required
Candidate Specification:
- Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in local language (English) to facilitate the communication process
- Relevant experience within the hospitality industry
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be extremely customer focused and passionate about providing 5-star Customer Experience
- Must be proactive in solving guest problems
- Driving License is required
- Eligible to work in the UK
