POSITION SCOPE:

Responsible for all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products. To manage the bar in the absence of the Bars Manager by providing leadership, overall supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of guest satisfaction while operating the established standards and the established budget for revenue, costs and other goals.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
• Knowledge of all Bars Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of Beverage drinks
• Displays proper and safe use of all equipment
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
• Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment is required
